My medical interests and career direction are: Leaning towards fellowship as I love being in the hospital and having the continuity of clinic. Not completely sure what I want to specialize in yet, but I loved Endocrinology!
My hobbies are: Reading, traveling, checking out wineries and breweries, trying new foods and doing anything outside!
My favorite activity in the Twin Cities is: Trying new restaurants!
Why did you choose the UofM Peds Residency Program? I am a Minnesota native and couldn't imagine being anywhere else but MN for residency! I absolutely love the multi-site training we receive here. It keeps me on my toes and always gives a fresh perspective of different ways to do things.
What's something that you're #umnpedsproud of? Surviving day one of intern year is a big accomplishment in my opinion! I was so so nervous and had so many what ifs in my head and thoughts on how it would go (which was terrible) -- and it was the absolute opposite! Everyone was so kind, helpful and welcoming and I'm so thankful that I felt so able to ask as many questions as I needed (which was a lot!)
