My medical interests and career direction are: My main flavors right now are the global health track and primary care sprinkled with some research, quality improvement or any other toppings I discover during the course of residency :)
My hobbies are: Board games and puzzles, baking, cooking, hosting friends and family, and giving health-related presentations to middle schoolers, women and other interest groups
My favorite activity in the Twin Cities is: Trying out new restaurants, exploring parks with my kids
Why did you choose the UofM Peds Residency Program? The Global health program, the multiple training sites and their unique patient populations. On a lighter note, I originally came to Minnesota for graduate school, got hooked on Minnesota cold (lol) and couldn't think of a place outside of Minnesota for residency.
What's something that you're #umnpedsproud of? I am #umnpedsproud of the people culture from program leadership to faculty and of course co-residents. I am so grateful for the genuineness and willingness of people to help even in the smallest of ways.
